I get a lot of stress from the people around me. Sometimes I
let the little things bother me and I shouldn’t do that. Most of it comes from
my boyfriend because he gets mad over the smallest things and that makes me mad
and it stresses me out because I don’t want it to hurt our relationship. Stress
is very bad for your health and your overall well-being. It can give you a
heart attack if you have too much of it for too long. I also think that you can
control a little bit about how much you let things get to you that may cause
stress.
